This reboot occur randomly, I try to figure it out by make a list the thing that can be the culprit:
-
The old San Disk Cruzer USB2.0. I’m using this old USB drive because the I don’t have SATA slot available on the motherboard (I’m using Gigabyte H61M-S2P-R3)
-
RAM. I use non ECC V-Gen memory, it’s basically standard desktop memory
-
USB3.0 in Motherboard. I keep thinking it’s still the oldest motherboard that I got, freeBSD must already support this motherboard type
Here what I do to fix the problem
-
First, I change and upgrade RAM to the newer V-Gen. Upgrade up to 12GB. The problem still persist
-
Change the San Disk Cruzer to brand new San Disk Ultra USB3.0 and connect it to USB3.0 port. It’s working perfectly on one week. But the problem still persist after that
Log After Reboot, Never Detect USB Drive Type/Brand
-
Shutdown the server & connect to USB2.0 port using San Disk Ultra. When I write this (September 16), the problem gone, scrub run perfectly

Log After Change Port, USB Detected as San Disk Ultra & of Course, More Detail Log!
